Platinum Partner Benefits:
This is an annual program based on your purchases during the previous year as outlined below. The
program
period starts on July 1. You can join the program at any time.
- 3-star Platinum Partner: Purchase $3,000-$4,999 in products within the 12-month program and receive a 5% discount off the lowest price shown on the website, on all future orders within the program year
- 4-star Platinum Partner: Purchase $5,000-$9,999 in products within the 12-month program and get a money saving, 10% discount off the lowest price shown on the website, on all future orders within the program year
- 5-star Platinum Partner: Purchase $10,000 or more in products within the 12-month program and you will get a whopping 15% discount off the lowest price shown on the website, on all future orders within the program year
- Discount level can go up but will not go below your initial qualifying discount level within the current program year.
- Prioritized Order Processing – Platinum orders move to the front of the line for daily order processing.

Additional product return time: we will honor product returns for up to 180
days.
Criteria for returns will remain the same. The existing 90-day policy will remain in effect.
On the additional 90 days (91 to 180 days from your invoice date) you will receive a credit to your account. Please note, due to fluctuating of the metal markets, this extension (day 91-180) will not apply to precious metal returns. Platinum Partner’s Program Terms & Conditions
Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Inc. offers certain high purchase volume customers special pricing discounts when purchases achieve company set dollar value levels. These discounts are offered at the sole discretion of Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Inc. and are subject to change or cancelation without notice.
Pricing discounts offered under the Fire Mountain Gems and Beads Platinum Partner’s Program are available to customers only after they have qualified for these discounts based upon the company established purchase volume levels, which are set, at the sole discretion of and by Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Inc. and after the customer has been invited, in writing, to participate in the program.
Participation in the program constitutes acceptance of the published Terms and Conditions stated below:
- No business relationship is created with, expected by or otherwise established between Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Inc. and any customer offered discounts under the Platinum Program.
- No license or authorization to use Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Inc. intellectual property is transferred to any Platinum Program customer by virtue of their receipt of these discounts or by any product purchase.
- Customer references to or use of our trademarked company name (including our device/logo), or other trademarks, patents, copyright protected photos, articles and other texts, or our website ordering system, in fact of by reference, in any advertising, on their websites or in any other way, without prior written approval of Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Inc. will result in their Platinum Program discounts being changed, reduced or terminated.
- Any preexisting written authorization providing a defined period of use and setting an equally defined termination date, to use Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Inc. copyright protected intellectual property will be honored through the defined termination date of said written authorization.
- All other uses of Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Inc. intellectual property by Platinum Program customers become subject to this updated Policy on January 1, 2016.
Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Inc. reserves the exclusive right to invite qualifying customers to join this discount program. Furthermore, Fire Mountain Gems and Beads, Inc. reserves the exclusive right to cancel or change the "Platinum Program" discount program, or to remove any customer from participating in this program at any time, for any reason, without notice.
